  5. How do I pay for my display? When you place your order online, our web site secure server will protect your credit card information. Or, you can call a customer service representative and provide payment information over the phone. StarPowerDisplays.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  6. What about the cost of shipping? On display kit orders, StarPowerDisplays.com will cover the cost of ground shipping to the destination of your choice within the continental U.S. Expedited shipping is available at your expense. Shipping costs on parts, accessories and brief case displays will be added to the listed price.
  7. How long will it take to receive my display? We’ll attempt to accommodate your requirements as often as possible. With many of our display models, when you order is Coal, Silver, or Imperial Blue fabric, we’ll ship it the next business day. With other colors, we’ll usually ship in 7 to 10 business days.
  8. What is the warranty on my StarPowerDisplays.com pop-up? You’ll receive a Lifetime Warranty on your display frame (see our Warranty Certificate). Just call 800.707.6319 or email us at service@starpowerdisplays.com, to receive a return authorization number. At that time, you’ll be instructed which of our service centers should receive your display. If you prefer, you can receive the parts and make many repairs in the field. Graphic panels are warranted against de-lamination and other defects in materials and workmanship.
