Shipping & Returns normally ships via FedEx or UPS Ground. Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day expedited shipments are available, at extra cost to the buyer.  We will cover shipments with adequate insurance to protect both parties in the event of damage or loss.  However, buyer must examine all products upon receipt, and report any damages immediately (preferably with photos or other evidence of damage).  Products may be shipped from various locations throughout the U.S.

Shipping is charged at our actual cost.

Order Tracking:
In most cases, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order Confirmation, complete with tracking number, via email.  You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery.

Returns Policy:
In all cases in which you wish to return an item, please call us at 304.481.3947 or contact us via email to get a Return Authorization number.  In many cases, the item will be shipped directly to the manufacturer, and will not be accepted without the authorization.  Please provide your order number and description of needed repairs at this time.  Many repairs can be made quickly and easily at your own location if you prefer to reduce time in shipment.  Custom items, such as printed graphics and other products which have been altered for a specific order are not returnable.
