Shipping & Returns
StarPowerDisplays.com normally ships its
products via FedEx or UPS using their regular ground schedules.
Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day expedited shipments are available, at
extra cost to the buyer. We will cover our products with
adequate insurance to protect both parties in the event of
damage or loss. However, buyer must examine all products upon
receipt, and report any damages immediately (preferably with
photos or other evidence of the damage). Products may be shipped
from various locations throughout the U.S.
Shipping Charges
With most display kit orders, ground shipping within
the Continental U.S. is included in the sales price. Shipping
charges for small items, parts and accessories ordered
separately from the kit itself will be additional. Expedited
shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, at additional cost.
Turnaround Time
Selected display kits, when ordered in selected
fabric colors (as indicated on the order form in this web site)
may be shipped within 24 hours, if the order is received no
later than 10:00 a.m. With other colors and models not included
among the eligible kits, shipping usually occurs 7-10 days after
orders are received. This time period begins upon receipt by the
manufacturer of approved graphic files, in the case of displays
with mural panels, banner stand graphics, tower graphics and
table throw imprints. The time period begins upon receipt of
proof approvals in situations when proofs are required
(including table throws, skirts and runners).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an
Order Confirmation, complete with tracking number, via email.
You can then use the tracking number to monitor delivery.
Return Policy
In all cases in which you wish to return an item,
please call us at 800.707.6319 or
Contact us
via email to get a Return Authorization number. In many cases,
the item will be shipped directly to the manufacturer, and this
number will be required before that item will be accepted.
Please provide your order number, and description of needed
repairs at this time. Many repairs can be made quickly and
easily at your own location if you prefer to reduce time in
shipment. |
