We at StarPowerDisplays.com realize you
expect a quality product that meets or exceeds all standards we
promise. We take this responsibility seriously, and ultimately,
once you've received your display, we hope to hear from you only
when you tell us how great it is, and when you need additional
displays and accessories. It is with this in mind that we offer
only the finest products.
Displays and
Exhibits
StarPowerDisplays.com warrants all pop-up display frames for the
lifetime of the product, offering this warranty to the original
purchaser. In the unlikely event that your frame must be
repaired or replaced, we will do so with no questions asked, and
will pay for costs of shipping the frame back to you via normal
ground service. Please contact StarPowerDisplays.com for a
Return Authorization number, and instructions about which center
to which it should be shipped.
Banner Stands
We warrant all our banner stand hardware (mechanisms)
for one year against defective parts and manufacture under
normal use. This warranty does not include misuse or damage. In
addition, lor="#8EA7CF">StarPowerDisplays.com warrants its 12 oz. vinyl inkjet
panels used on banner stands for one year against fading in
outdoor applications, and for three years in indoor
applications.
Digital Graphics
Mural panels, display headers, photo transparencies
and other graphic items are reproduced via high-quality Lambda
or Inkjet printing processes. Murals, ans and Duraflex art
are protected with a HDL Laminate for long life. This process
produces a satin or matte surface finish, which is
scratch-resistant and prevents edge delamination. All such
graphics are warranted against delamination under normal usage
as long as the original customer owns the product. If, however,
these products have been improperly handled by folding, rolling
too tight, etc., this warranty is no longer valid. |
